On the product page, use the Add to Cart button, then proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information.
You do not need to create an account to make a purchase.
After we receive payment, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. You’ll get a separate shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped.
*Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t received an order confirmation email from us.
We accept PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Enter the Promo Code during checkout to apply the discount to your order.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free regular shipping on most orders of $100 and above before applicable taxes, fees and promotional discounts. To see your “Shipping Options” add your item(s) to the “Cart” then “Proceed To Checkout”. Our free shipping offer applies to all orders over $100 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped through Standard Delivery.
Orders under $100 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1:00 pm are processed the next business day
In most cases, we work with Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your items.
Estimated Delivery is between 7-10 business days. However during peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed.
Please note, due to COVID-19 our delivery partners are experiencing staff shortages and all deliveries are currently taking longer than normal. Please allow an extra 3 to 5 days for your delivery to arrive.
If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we encourage you to take advantage of our In-Store Pickup option at checkout.
The following are our shipping restrictions.
- Free shipping does not apply to express shipping.
- Select Appliances, heavy goods, large items such as TV stands and mounts may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.
- Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
- We do not deliver products to a PO Box address. A street address is required, and products will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.
As a Canadian owned and operated company, and as per our agreements with the manufacturers and suppliers, we can only ship to Canadian address.
Please contact us to begin our online return process. Once we have received the details about your order, we will email you a shipping label for your item.
Items can be returned to our store. Please note our store hours and be sure to bring your receipt / online order confirmation.
Items marked as clearance or open box should be considered final sale and are ineligible for returns. Please note these items are still covered by warranty.
Items involved in custom installations, such as in-wall speakers cannot be returned once installed.
Headphones and earbuds may only be returned if unopened.
